Staying green while staying apart

Prior to campus’s closure, the Student Council on Sustainability, a representative body of all sustainability leaders in several student organizations, were planning a week full of programming for Earth Day on Greene Street called Green on Greene Week. Now, the council has adjusted their plans to create Virtual Green Week.



Submissions open for Student-Initiated Research Projects Program (SIRP)

SIRP is a program is designed to enrich the academic experience of students and to better prepare the future generation of researchers, investigators, and entrepreneurs throughout the SC INBRE network. SIRP applications are due by May 15. Up to five awards of $3,000 each will be awarded.

UofSC's The Proving Ground entrepreneurial contest will livestream April 21

The Moore School’s annual pitch competition, The Proving Ground, will be streamed on Facebook Live at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 21.

University Ambassador applications are open

Applications are open for University Ambassadors and will close on September 1 at 11:59 p.m.

UofSC students win 2nd place in national advertising competition

UofSC’s AdTeam won 2nd place at the American Advertising Federation (AAF) District 3 level of the National Student Advertising Competition.

UofSC is hosting a student ideas competition to empower students to develop innovative solutions – and take action – on the COVID-19 crisis.

Nominate a student for a TOAST award

Reward a student who excels at UofSC by nominating them for the TOAST recognition certificate. Nominations are due April 15.
